It has been some time since my last post, which has to do with my role as an ambassador for the “Kledingbibliotheek” and I’ve been very busy with that, soon I’ll be able to tell. But for now.. sorry to have kept you waiting!
Today the weather was amazing, for us Dutchies that is very special. I did not see a cloud in that perfect blue sky. Since we are used to grey skies (well you never actually get used to it, you just complain and kind of accept it..) but whenever we see the sun we just get all happy and try to go outside as much as we can. For me it was finally a day with enough light to take some photographs, most days I try and end up disapointed with the results. So it was a lovely spring day, capturing my handmade silk top on camera. And it looks good doesn’t it? Hanging there in the beautiful sunlight.
I’ve actually made this top last year already for my weekend trip to Barcelona, but it was a bit too cold to wear it so I ended up wearing it under my cardigan. The front of the top is shorter than the back, perfect to wear on shorts. Wear them with some nice sneakers and you’re outfit is done!
